Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple new commercial construction projects from start to finish with a focus on estimating scheduling and financial management.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules coordinating with clients superintendents and subcontractors
- Managing the work load accurately and sufficiently as related to the contracted scope
of work
- Ensure safety standards and quality control are met on-site
- Process and issue sales agreements and subcontracts. Develops and maintains a fair
and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendors
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting and cost tracking to ensure profitability
- Promote a safe work environment ensuring adherence to company and industry safety standards
- Prepare comprehensive concrete project proposals ensuring accuracy and completeness
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5 years of project management experience in construction preferably in concrete
- Strong communication skills with proven success in managing costs schedules and quality
- Experienced managing multiple projects at one time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office MS Project Timberline and PlanSwift
