This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and solve complex business problems manage customer interactions and drive process improvements to complex business problems. They will serve as the primary partner between departments and the IT department on select projects in delivering effective and innovative services. Provide holistic services to internal and external customers by seeking ways to integrate programs improve efficiencies or services provided by other departments divisions and external entities. Develop and implement ideas to improve business practices and processes.

Work is performed in a standard office environment requiring sitting for extended periods of time and occasional light lifting (up to 15 lbs.). Job requires visual and physical capabilities to perform work on computers and associated equipment for prolonged periods of time (4-6 hours daily).
