Position Title: Clinical Therapist Child and Adolescent Specialist
Location: Chicago IL (River North or Northbrook)
Child & Adolescent Therapist Requirements:
Masters (Required)
Must be proficiently trained in working with both adults and youths
LMFT LCPC LCSW licensure will be accepted

Child & Adolescent Therapist Pay:
Percentage of net collections equivalent to an annual starting salary of $65000-$78000/annum.
Annual compensation is dependent on a combination of individual applicant factors including experience and volume of direct services to our patients. Supervision of unlicensed clinicians and students may also factor into compensation.

Position Overview:
Ideal candidates are those comfortable treating children and teens as this will constitute a sizeable portion of the positions clientele; however this does not exclude working with adults (roughly 50% of caseloads). Availability of working 4-5 days full-time (including afternoon/evenings) and 1 weekend block of at least 4 hours is required. WCG can accommodate your desire to work partially from home through a hybrid home/office schedule
