Graduate Program Overview
Were initiating a 15-monthTechnology Development Graduate Programin Lund. This full-time paid program offerspermanent employment from day 1and hands-on experience acrossResearch & Development (R&D)andOperations Development (OD).
About the R&D and OD functions
At Alfa Lavals Energy Division our R&D and Operations Development teams collaborate to drive innovation and efficiency. R&D develops cutting-edge technologies for energy efficiency and sustainability while OD ensures smooth implementation and optimized production delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Together we turn ideas into impactful solutions for a more sustainable energy future.

Your qualifications:
Masters degree (by September 2026) in Mechanical Engineering Product Development Computational Mechanics or Mechatronics
Max 1.5 years of full-time work experience after graduation
Has a long-term interest in a technical specialist path within Product and Process Development.
Fluent in English
EU citizen residing in Sweden and willing to work based in Lund
