Technology Development Graduate Program Energy Division

Are you ready to shape a more resourceful world through pioneering engineering solutions Alfa Laval in Lund Sweden is launching an exciting Technology Development Graduate Program under Energy Division starting in September 2026.

Graduate Program Overview
Were initiating a 15-monthTechnology Development Graduate Programin Lund. This full-time paid program offerspermanent employment from day 1and hands-on experience acrossResearch & Development (R&D)andOperations Development (OD).

About the R&D and OD functions

At Alfa Lavals Energy Division our R&D and Operations Development teams collaborate to drive innovation and efficiency. R&D develops cutting-edge technologies for energy efficiency and sustainability while OD ensures smooth implementation and optimized production delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Together we turn ideas into impactful solutions for a more sustainable energy future.

What we offer

You are:

Your qualifications:

  • Masters degree (by September 2026) in Mechanical Engineering Product Development Computational Mechanics or Mechatronics

  • Max 1.5 years of full-time work experience after graduation

  • Has a long-term interest in a technical specialist path within Product and Process Development.

  • Fluent in English

  • EU citizen residing in Sweden and willing to work based in Lund
