Job Description

Were the Settings team and we empower customers to make an Apple device their own in a fast easy reliable way. Were looking for a UI engineer to help us improve the user experience. Is that youIn your role as a Senior UI Engineer on Settings youll be responsible for Settings UI on iOS iPadOS and macOS. Settings is also a platform. Dozens of teams own UI in Settings and its our job to give them great platform support via UI frameworks documentation etc. to deliver a consistent intuitive user experience. Every release youll deliver new Settings UI and platform features as we evolve and deliver on our vision as a team!

Track record of success you have 5 years of SwiftUI/Swift or UIKit/AppKit/Objective-C software engineering experience with impact to show for it
Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent skills and work experience
Technical excellence you design clear maintainable abstractions with clear failure modes and write robust performant unit-tested code that delivers a great user experience
Critical thinking with influence you systematically evaluate the tradeoffs associated with each potential solution make an informed decision and communicate well to influence others

Customer focus you make high-quality user-centric product decisions
Teamwork you love working closely with teammates to build amazing software and help each other improve
Drive for customer impact you are deeply motivated to build the best essential user experiences fo
