Qualifications and Skills
- Must have knowledge of interior design to effectively communicate with clients and design teams. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven experience in business development driving growth and expanding market presence. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong skills in sales pipeline management to efficiently track and convert leads into sales.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Competence in sales management to guide and motivate sales teams towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and convey product benefits.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
