45KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful growing business to recruit a qualified Accountant to be their Commercial Manager. Your duties will be as follows:
- Providing commercial support to the CEO and Finance Manager including assistance with management accounts reporting forecasting and pricing analysis
- Driving commercial performance operational efficiency and customer service excellence
- Budgeting pricing business modelling and commercial decision-making
- Providing insightful analysis to support growth and profitability
- Ensuring you are the link between finance operations and the support team
- Leading motivating and developing the customer service team ensuring high engagement performance management and professional growth
- Delivering and coordinating training to support team development and maintaining high standards of customer service
- Overseeing the optimisation and reporting of customer support tools and systems
- Developing and maintain SOPS and customer journey maps ensuring best practice
- Monitoring and reporting on key support metrics customer feedback and operational trends to inform decision making
- Actively participating in team meetings project work and business improvement initiatives
You will be a qualified Accountant a commercially minded leader with a passion for both numbers and people. You will bring proven experience in operational management commercial analysis and team leadership. Strong IT skills are essential.
The role will suit a commercial astute people focused leader who is as comfortable analysing numbers and modelling business scenarios as they are empowering the team.
