Bournemouth Hospital Administration Fixed term maternity cover Full time
24043.50 per annum
37.5 hours per week

As a Medical Secretary at our hospital youll bring a keen eye for detail strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities. Youre proficient with Microsoft Office comfortable working with numbers and youre committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.
As a Medical Secretary you will:
Deliver high quality administration and secretarial support to the hospital consultants
Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service.
Prioritise a busy workload whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times.
Diary Management Audio type of clinical reports & letters to a high standard booking appointment email management
Be the primary contact for patients providing clear communication and excellent customer service.
