Overview:
U-Haul International Inc. is hiring a Director of Transaction Processing to lead our Payment Operations this role youll manage payment acceptance services fraud prevention disputes and brand regulatory compliance while driving scalable efficient processes across our North American footprint.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing payment operations team
- Oversee transaction processing fraud and dispute management
- Build processes and metrics to support scalable compliant operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Finance Marketing and Compliance areas
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators and payment partners
- Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness for new payment products
What Were Looking For:
- Candidates with proven leadership in payments operations; will consider equivalent operational or management experience in related industries
- Deep knowledge of payment systems fraud/disputes and compliance
- Strong critical thinking decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Proven success leading teams in high-volume fast-moving environments
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or 5 years comparable business experience preferred
