About the role
Membership Sales Representative Cincinnati OH
In this role you will be the key point of contact for the community and members at the Delhi Athletic Club. You must have great sales marketing and communication skills and be engaging with our membership base. Youll also provide assistance and service to clients by answering requests and processing/providing information on membership accounts. Hourly pay plus structured commission & bonus plan 30-40 hours per week. Weekday shifts: 12pm-8pm Saturday shift: 8am-1pm
Key Accountabilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service phone text and email communication. Building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Meeting sales goals and generating leads through prospect networking and member referrals.
Promoting and attending facility social events.
Serving as facility ambassador to local businesses corporations and community members.
May provide leadership presence on the floor to assist with issues that may arise and provide coverage when manager isnt available.
Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
Other duties as needed/assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma/GED.
CPR/AED/FA certification from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.
1-2 years previous sales experience.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and communicates effectively.
Passionate about helping others improve the quality of their lives.
Able and willing to listen to feedback and apply it moving forward.
Preferred:
Associates degree or relevant work experience.
