Our client is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join their dedicated care team. This modern thoughtfully designed home prioritises residents wellbeing dignity and comfort creating a supportive and enriching environment for both residents and staff.

As a Care Coordinator you will take on a key leadership role within the team ensuring the smooth running of care delivery supporting the wider team and maintaining high standards across all aspects of care.   • Experience working as a Care Coordinator or in a leadership role within a care setting
  • A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (essential)

Key Responsibilities
