Expression of Interest - Multiple Roles

We are seeking expressions of interest from talented professionals for the following positions:

Senior Building Manager

  • Lead teams drive performance mentor the next generation

Building Manager

Your Impact Day-to-Day

Resident & Tenant Experience Excellence

  • Be the trusted face residents and tenants rely on for seamless living and working experiences
  • Handle move-ins/outs with white-glove service standards
  • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee building operations safety compliance and maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with contractors vendors and service providers
  • Manage loading docks common areas and shared facilities

Strategic Contribution

  • Attend and contribute to committee and key stakeholder meetings with valuable insights
  • Develop preventative maintenance strategies that save costs
  • Drive continuous improvement in building operations
  • Prepare detailed reports and data-driven recommendations

What Were Looking For:

Essential Experience (we will train the rest!)

  • 2 years in property and asset management facilities hospitality or retail operations
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills - you can explain complex issues simply
  • Collaborative team player - willing to work with and elevate the broader team
  • Problem-solving mindset - you thrive under pressure and find solutions

Highly Valued Background

  • Mixed-use or residential building experience
  • Body Corporate/Strata management knowledge
  • Facilities management or maintenance coordination
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience (for Senior roles)
  • Trade qualifications or technical certifications
