Join a team of innovative critical-thinking RNs ranging from new grads up to 20 years. Supported by experienced leadership. United Cardiac Intermediate Care is a collaborative team environment dedicated to continuous learning. This tele/stepdown unit is comprised of 32 beds focused on Cardiac with an average length of stay of 2-6 days.Key Position Details:
Tier 1: 1 year of telemetry experience in an acute care setting.
Tier 2: 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
Tier 3: 1 year of RN experience preferred. Would consider new graduate nurse
Job Description:
Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care the professional nurse has the responsibility authority and accountability for planning coordinating and evaluating the patients care needs.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $41.67 to $69.39 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to your experience education and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.Benefit Summary
