Job Title :Java Architect (IBM WebSphere Oracle PL/SQL Criminal Justice Systems)
Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing highly available scalable multi-tier applications using Object-Oriented or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) with strong knowledge of data structures algorithms software design and JEE design patterns on IBM platforms.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrating and supporting systems related to criminal justice processing at the state or federal level including but not limited to:
- Disposition processing
- Fingerprint identification
- Criminal history updates
- Sex offender management
- Tracking of wanted/missing persons
- Offender supervision initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 10g or higher including development using PL/SQL.
- Skilled in writing and maintaining code using Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and Java Persistence API (JPA)/Hibernate.
- Experience developing applications using Java Development Kit (JDK) 1.6 or higher.
- Experience leading agile or iterative development teams through the planning design implementation and integration of complex JEE-based systems.
- Experience developing applications using JavaServer Faces (JSF) within IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 or higher.
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server 7.0 or higher.
- Proficient in writing and maintaining code involving IBM WebSphere MQ and Java web services including JAXB and JAX-WS.
