A multi-year project is underway to improve current pathways and develop new ones for internal clinical provider and consumer applications. The goal of this work is to ensure consistent access to benefit information from initial inquiries through determining financial responsibility for upcoming services or anticipated reimbursement for providers. The primary aim is to support clarity and transparency by enabling accurate estimation of financial responsibilities for both providers and consumers before services are performed.
The organization is seeking a candidate to coordinate a range of testing requirements.
The role involves:
Managing several complex initiatives and coordinating interactions across technical and business teams.
Operating effectively in a matrixed fast-paced setting.
Providing regular weekly and monthly status updates including presentations to leadership detailing progress next steps and identified risks.
Demonstrating experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing coordination.
While knowledge of CAE is not required it is considered an asset.
Knowledge of AHA! is preferred but not required.
Understanding key steps in the claims process.
Work independently to fully manage project.
Collaborating with internal business reporting teams to define requirements for testing outcome dashboards and overall testing metrics.
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following specific skills/attributes:
Healthcare Industry experience preferred
Intermediate or greater level of proficiency with Excel PowerPoint Word and Visio
3 years of project management/capability management business analysis and/or product management experience including prior experience in successfully managing one or more major projects which integrated multiple business areas or systems
2 plus years facilitating workgroups
Demonstrated experience with process improvement workflow benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating requirements and also writing and translating business requirements
