About the Role
You ll deliver high-quality general dentistry to a well-established and loyal patient base with complete clinical autonomy and access to in-house services. The environment is fast-paced but low-pressure with a strong team culture and excellent systems in place.
What You ll Do

Perform comprehensive general dentistry: exams restorative crowns endo and extractions

Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and confidently

Build strong patient relationships based on trust and communication

Work closely with a skilled clinical team to maintain efficiency and care quality

Maintain accurate compliant records and documentation
What You ll Bring

Active DDS/DMD license in Maryland

Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads considered)
