Position1: Role:Senior Business Analyst- HYBRID
Location: Metro Park or Manhattan / midtown

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of capital markets risk management regulatory frameworks and hands-on Axiom ControllerView (Adenza) experience. This role will be instrumental in bridging business and technology owning end-to-end requirements and supporting delivery for critical financial and regulatory reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Work with cross-functional teams (front middle and back office) to elicit analyze and document business and data requirements for regulatory reporting using Axiom ControllerView.
Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specifications (FS) and user stories.
Regulatory Reporting
Interpret and implement global/local regulatory initiatives (e.g. Basel III/IV SA-CCR SA/BA-CVA Dodd-Frank MiFID II) within the Axiom platform.
Create test and maintain regulatory reporting templates and workflows in Axiom ControllerView based on business rules.
Data Analysis & Transformation
Analyze business processes identify gaps perform data mapping and validate data sources/interfaces required for report generation.
Apply SQL Python and other analytical tools to ensure accurate sourcing transformation and validation of reporting data.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business users quantitative analysts finance technology and Axiom configuration teams.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Participate in testing deployment user acceptance and provide post-implementation support.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
8 years experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets investment banking or regulatory reporting environments.
Direct experience implementing and managing reports in Axiom ControllerView (Adenza).
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Basel II/III/IV SA-CCR CVA FRTB Dodd-Frank MiFID II.
Proficient in SQL for data analysis with hands-on knowledge of data modeling transformation and validation.
Exposure to Python Postman or other analytics/automation tools.
Advanced communication and documentation skills; experience working with business and IT stakeholders.
Experience with project methodologies: Agile Waterfall SCRUM.
Regulatory capital/risk domain certifications (e.g. CFA FRM) preferred.
Bachelors or advanced degree in Finance Engineering Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.



Position2: Title: Data Network Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA Hybrid
Duration:12 months

Experience Required: 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
Implement medallion architecture (Bronze Silver Gold) to support data lifecycle and data quality.
Support the sunsetting of legacy SQL-based infrastructure and SSRS ensuring data continuity and stakeholder readiness.
Create and manage notebooks (e.g. Fabric Notebooks Databricks) for data transformation using Python SQL and Spark.
Build and deliver curated datasets and analytics models to support Power BI dashboards and reports.
Develop dimensional and real-time data models for analytics use cases.
Collaborate with data analysts stewards and business stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose data assets.
Apply data governance policies including row-level security data masking and classification in line with Microsoft Purview or Unity Catalog.
Ensure monitoring logging and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps for data workflows.
Provide support during data migration and cutover events ensuring minimal disruption.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
5 years of experience in data engineering roles preferably in government or regulated environments
Proficiency in SQL Python Spark.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Pipelines Notebooks OneLake)
Experience with Power BI data modeling and dashboard development
Familiarity with data governance tools (Microsoft Purview Unity Catalog)
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines data warehousing concepts and schema design
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position 3: Role : DevOps Lead
Location :Austin TX / New York City/ san Diego(CA)/ Fort MIl (SC) Hybrid


Requirements:
12 years of professional SDLC experience in a diverse set of technology disciplines and minimum 5 yrs. of hands-on experience designing and implementing Enterprise CICD solutions. Preferred with Software developer experience in the past.
5 years of hands-on experience automating cloud-based applications in AWS.
Minimum 2yrs of experience in Orchestration platform (EKS OpenShift)
Must have worked across breadth and depth of DevOps cycle - Orchestration and Configuration Management CICD Monitoring Security
Handson experience managing enterprise DevOps platforms like GitHub GitHub Actions Artifactory SonarQube Octopus Deploy AWS resources Testing & Security products etc.

Core Competencies:
Knowledge of Angular & Python Development & Deployment constructs
Ability to learn and quickly absorb new material Strong troubleshooting skills.
Strong organizational skills and adaptive capacity for rapidly changing priorities and workloads
Ability to work well independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment.
Have a deep understanding of API design the difference between platform design and application design and the tooling to create modern APIs.
Experience managing Dynamic Global configuration for App and environment variables
Experience on many of the DevOps automation capabilities and practices such as branching strategy CICD IaC everything-as-code Kubernetes GitOps B/G and Canary deployment etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
