Submission Requirements: WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience as a OR RN and documents travel experience. 2 recent OR Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current BLS PALS (preferred) Trauma and Neuro experience required Active NY RN license required at time of submission NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Required: EPIC Job Description Unit: OR Shift: 7A-7PM On-Call Required On-Call: One day a week and one weekend a month Floating: Yes Scrub Color: Scrubs provided Beds: 14- 10 OR 2 Robotics Common patient diagnosis: ENT ortho urology general surgery neuro podiatry plastics and trauma - MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE
