Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-paced team supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset be skilled in working with SQL RESTful APIs and Agile methodologies and possess excellent documentation and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements and workflows
- Develop and maintain functional specifications use cases process flows SOPs and API reference materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders product owners developers and QA teams
- Translate business needs into detailed technical documentation
- Validate solutions through feasibility analysis and impact assessments
- Support testing defect triage and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with business partners and provide regular status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in documentation quality and process standards
Required Skills:
- 5 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong SQL skills ability to write queries and generate reports
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design consumption documentation)
- Expertise in process mapping tools like Miro
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating SOPs and end-to-end documentation
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Proactive and self-driven; strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the dental health insurance domain is a strong plus
