Description
We have an immediate need for aSenior TechSIGINT Analyst SME who will levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing collection and retention of signals. Leverage compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in either ELINT FISINT PROFORMA or COMEXT.
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associates degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Masters Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associates degree for a total of 12 must be in Engineering Mathematics Computer Science a Physical Science or a related technical field.

- Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
- Perform user and group training and provide services in the development of training materials.
- Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
- Provide services in the development and execution of requirements test plans and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
- Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
- Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision.
- Communicate information and ideas clearly concisely and professionally.
- Exercise independent judgement in selecting and applying appropriate work methods procedures techniques and practices in accomplishing duties.
- Train new team members.
- Complete non-routine and complex assignments.
- Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks.
- Explain technical procedural specialized and legal information to non-experts.
