This is a remote role with the ideal candidate located within commuting distance to McKinney TX Tucson AZ or Tewksbury MA

Required: US Citizenship

W2 hourly Contract to Hire Only

Pay:$30.00 to $36.50/hr. D.O.E. with Limited Benefits

***No C2C we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors and we can NOT do 1099-US

Geologics is seeking a Recruiterwith 5 years of experiencelocated within commuting distance to McKinney TX Tucson AZ or Tewksbury MA.

REQUIRED

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management Communications Finance Human Resources Psychology or a related discipline and 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment roles
  • Must have recent high-volume recruiting experience supporting campus programs
  • Experience with operations and supply chain recruiting
  • Strong experience in customer candidate engagement and relationship building while managing multiple assignments.

SKILLS PREFERRED

  • Ideally located within commuting distance to McKinney TX Tucson AZ or Tewksbury MA
  • Experience supporting recruiting programs and/or project management.
  • Recruiting experience for a department of defense supplier/customer
  • Remote position with potential travel to site locations as needed.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection negotiate offer packages and provide salary recommendations.
  • Provide candidates with comprehensive information about the company and prepare them for offer extensions.
  • Ensure seamless consistent and high-quality hiring experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support various Talent Acquisition projects aimed at efficiently and effectively attracting pre-screening and hiring talent while ensuring a positive candidate/new hire experience.
  • Maintain compliance with all hiring processes ensuring alignment with EEOC standards.
