About the Role
The Russ Darrow Group is launching a new centralized approach to social media. We are hiring four dedicated Regional Social Media Coordinators to serve as the creative leads and executional force behind consistent high-quality and on-brand social content across our 14 core sales-focused dealerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for passionate content creators to make a measurable impact by elevating our dealership social presence driving engagement building community trust and contributing directly to store-level success.
Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Coordinator you will:
Create & deliver 24 high-quality social media posts per store per week across your assigned region.
Film edit and schedule original content that is tailored to each dealerships identity while aligning with Russ Darrows brand voice and messaging standards.
Ensure on-time delivery (>95%) of all assigned posts.
Coordinate regular filming sessions with store staff ensuring cooperation and participation.
Collaborate with the centralized social media manager to execute monthly content themes promotions and initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency through editing tone and visual storytelling.
Solicit and incorporate feedback from sales managers and store leaders.
While each Coordinator is primarily responsible for their assigned region we are one unified social media team and team players are a must. You may be asked to support other regions or assist with broader marketing initiatives as needed. Our collective success depends on a spirit of collaboration shared goals and a willingness to contribute beyond individual assignments.

Knowledgeable in social media platforms and trends (Facebook Instagram TikTok).
Flexible to travel to multiple stores within your assigned region.
