You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAnderson University seeks faculty candidates for a 1- Year visiting contract to serve as Director of Musical Theatre and Theatre in a faith-based learning environment. Position begins August 2025.
This person will direct the Musical Theatre and Theatre programs and will continue to strengthen these majors. Teaching responsibilities include directing and producing of the Boze Lyric Theatre productions and depending on the successful candidates areas of expertise could include directing opera productions teaching Musical Theatre Styles Voice and Movement for the Actor Acting Directing Acting for the Camera and other related courses. We are seeking a person with professional experience in theatre and musical theatre performance/directing who possesses a passion for working collaboratively.
MFA in Directing Acting and/or Musical Theatre preferred; DMA MM or BFA with substantial experience in theatre considered. Significant professional and teaching experience and a commitment to working collaboratively with theatre music and dance are essential.
