Job Description
Job Summary:
Patriot CDJR Pryor is looking for a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Tech you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive maintenance and repair services on various makes and models of vehicles. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. This is a full-time flag hour position in the auto industry with a competitive pay of $26 to $40 per flag hour along with a $3000.00 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines transmissions brakes and other vehicle systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with Parts Department and Advisorsabout vehicle issues and recommendations for repairs
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all services and repairs performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- 1 years of experience as an automotive service technician required flag hour based on experience
- ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check
