Full Time Part Time PRN positions available
Under continual supervision performs routine patient care for residents who require assistance in the activities of daily routine patient care under direct supervision of a licensed nurse; communicates directly with licensed personnel regarding resident changes concerns observations safety-factors and other related confidentiality of communication and information related to resident record(s) within PointClickCare. Completesassigned tasks as assigned.
