Job Description Summary

Wake Forest University School of Law invites applications from entry-level candidates as well as pre-tenure lateral candidates for a tenure-track professor to teach torts.

Job Qualifications

Applicants should possess a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school. The potential to engage in high quality research and teaching is required. Practice experience is preferred. Lateral applicants should hold a tenure-track position at an accredited U.S. law school.

The School of Law

The School of Law at Wake Forest University which was established in 1894 has grown in prominence and is consistently ranked among the top law schools in the nation.

The mission of Wake Forest Law is to advance the cause of justice by creating knowledge and educating students to meet the legal needs of the world with confidence character and creativity. The school offers seven clinics including clinics focused on appellate advocacy environmental law criminal law intellectual property and veterans issues.
