The Role: Insurance Broker
Were on the hunt for a passionate people-focused Insurance Broker to join our high-performing Broker Partnering Team. Think of yourself as an extension of our network brokerssupporting them with everything from risk reviews to insurer negotiations to seamless policy processing.
Youll be the expert they rely on ensuring clients stay protected brokers stay supported and compliance is always on point.
What Youll Be Doing:
Be the go-to for policy renewals endorsements cancellations & remarkets
Deliver sharp strategic advice to help brokers support their clients
Review risks and coverage to ensure clients get the best deal possible
Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive premiums and terms
Keep things compliantyoure a stickler for detail and doing things right
Advocate for CBNs unique broker-first value in everything you do
Stay on top of industry changes through ongoing learning and CPD
What Were Looking For:
5 years in general insurance broking
Strong communication attention to detail and time management skills
A customer-first mindset and a natural flair for building relationships
Diploma of Insurance Broking (or currently studying)
A drive for personal and professional development
