Position: Senior Engineer Data& ML Infrastructure

Duties: Work on large-scale solutions for mining challenging driving scenarios to boost learned modelperformance across various autonomous driving tasks. Collaborate with ML (Machine Learning)infrastructure teams and contribute to workflows for continuous learning through iterative mining erroranalysis training and deployment. Research and develop methods for extracting uncertainty andinformativeness indicators to automatically mine for challenging scenes and analyze model statistical depth and insights on model uncertainty generalization and robustness. Conduct deeplearning experiments and write technical reports. Provide guidance to junior researchers on researchprojects and design document reviews. May work remotely from any U.S. state. Requirements: bachelorsdegree in computer science information technology or a closely related technical field plus five years ofpost-bachelors industry experience. Experience must include: industry experience with Pythonproduction-quality software development applying solid software engineering principles such asconfiguration management source control build processes code reviews testing methodologies appcontainerization and continuous integration core AWS services (S3 RDS Athena Redshift or EKS)and DBMS (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB or SQLlite); industry experience writing SQL queries fordata analysis purposes data modeling and dashboarding for data analysis purposes (Looker or Redash)architecting and shipping high-performance & large-scale distributed systems deployed in real world robotics applications conducting system & software design project management and practicing agile methodologies. Salary range: from one hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars to two hundred forty-fourthousand dollars per year.
