Job Description
RIA Solutions Group is looking for a talented QA Team Lead to join our team in developing outstanding software solutions for a global leader in vehicle lifecycle management in the United States.
Their mission is centered around creating a comprehensive fleet management solution that offers a wide range of features to help businesses optimize their operations and improve efficiency safety and customer satisfaction.
The Tech Stack utilized in the manual testing process for the project: RESTful API Postman Jenkins SQL.
The Tech Stack utilized in the development process for the project: iOS; Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM); MVC Bootstrap JavaScript WCF REST API ActiveMQ SQL Server TeamCity.
The approaches we use are based on Scrum/Agile methodologies; we plan revise review and deploy quarterly demo updates using a Jira Scrum Board and sprints.
Preferred locations: Cluj-Napoca / Braov / Trgu-Mure / Iai
Responsibilities:
- Performing a range of test runs (functional/regression testing etc.) to meet project needs
- Creating and maintaining test cases
- Collaborating closely with clients managers and team members to thoroughly understand project requirements
- Providing clean and concise reports in order to deliver them to the team management and stakeholders
- Reviewing user stories requirements and designs to develop structured test strategies plans and cases
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or another technical/scientific field
- 4 years of experience in QA
- Proficiency in manual testing and testing methodologies
- Experience in testing mobile applications
- Experience in creating test cases using Jira or similar defect tracking tools
- Good knowledge in understanding finance concepts and processes
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative team player
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
