We are recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Generalist with employee relations experience for a highly successful organization in West Sacramento. The Senior HR Generalist will provide operational counsel on team member issues and develop HR strategies that will improve the business and contribute to the overall advancement of the organization.
Salary: $80000-$90000 DOE Direct Hire Hybrid schedule after 4 months of training
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct employee relations activities including investigations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Analyze HR trends and metrics to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees managers and senior leaders on HR-related matters.
Lead talent management initiatives such as workforce planning succession planning performance management and employee development.
Provide training coaching and mentoring to local HR support staff as needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resources experience.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
PHR/SPHR preferred.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage high volume employee relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized attention to detail and able to prioritize in a fast- paced environment.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office software and HRIS.
