Position Summary
Echo technician creates 2-D and 3-D images of patients hearts though use of high frequency sound waves and special equipment .As well as performing vascular exams at the doctors order.
The echocardiography technician (hereafter referred to as the ECHO technician) is also responsible for assisting the cardiologist interpret the data from the images.
