Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant- Part Time
Location:Cincinnati Ohio

We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! As the Administrative Assistant at Hamilton County you will provide vital administrative and operational support across five divisions within the Office of Addiction Response including the Addiction Response Coalition Quick Response Team Opioid Litigation Settlement Funds Heroin Task Force and Grants Management with responsibilities including scheduling data management fiscal tracking and office coordination. Serving as the first point of contact for the office you will help ensure smooth daily operations and professional support to team members staff and community partners.

Summary of Job Duties:
  • Performs a variety of administrative and operational support functions to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Office of Addiction Response
  • Monitors inventory and orders supplies processes invoices and reimbursements supports budgeting and revenue tracking and coordinates procurement within established guidelines.
  • Prepares maintains and compiles operational and fiscal data and reports including but not limited to overseeing biweekly timesheets .
  • Serves as liaison and first point of contact for internal staff visitors and external partners.
  • Provides direct administrative support including scheduling calendar maintenance meeting and travel coordination composing correspondence managing phone and front desk operations preparing materials for meetings and presentations and supporting event planning through event arrangement catering and logistics.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • College-level coursework and experience which evidences a thorough knowledge of office practices and procedures and government structure and process.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and budgetary process helpful.
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for the above qualifications.
Work Location and Hours:
  • 138 East Court St. Cincinnati Oh. 45202
  • 25 Hour Work Week generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30
