Position Overview
Stanley Sports Supply Floridas trusted name in fishing and outdoor gear distribution since 1960 is expanding fastand were looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our distribution center. This is your chance to build and mentor a team organize processes and take ownership of warehouse excellence in a company built on integrity energy and a love for the outdoors.
What Youll Do:
Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving stocking inventory control order fulfillment and shipping
Supervise motivate and train warehouse stafffostering a positive productive team culture
Ensure accurate inventory records and implement procedures for tracking and storage
Oversee inbound deliveries and coordinate timely efficient receiving processes
Maintain a clean organized and safe facility that meets OSHA standards
Collaborate with purchasing customer service and sales teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
Drive improvements in efficiency accuracy and turnaround time using warehouse management tools

What You Bring to the Role:
3 years of warehouse or operations management experience
Exceptional attention to detail and inventory accuracy
A strong hands-on leadership style and solid interpersonal skills
Experience with inventory control systems and receiving processes (a plus!)
A can-do attitude and the ability to keep a fast-paced environment running smoothly
The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
