Job Description & Summary:
The Portfolio Support SME is responsible for delivering improving and helping to oversee all end-user services functions across a particular portfolio. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong work management skills and have advanced technical knowledge of the platform/tools they support. The applicant must be able to motivate people encourage teamwork and communicate effectively with senior management and portfolio leaders. It is expected that individuals in this role are extremely responsive to the needs of their assigned portfolios and the underlying support team.
