Job DescriptionAs a Senior Manager in Creative Account Management you will lead a team of creative account managers focused on high-visibility integrated campaigns. Youll play a critical role in shaping pre-sale ideation driving innovation and ensuring creative excellence and integrated thinking across key partner initiatives. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
This role will model cross functional partnership communicating with internal and external partners to drive creative strategy and integrated thinking that delivers on business goals strategically navigating business pressures and partner needs.
Skills critical to this role include:
- Functional expertise: expert understanding of advertising campaigns channels and media strategies brand guidelines and creative processes to help lead and coach team members.
- Expert communicator: both verbal and written communication with executive presentation experience; adept at directing multiple levels partners and priorities within a business to drive outcomes.
- Strategic leadership:develop and coach others to synthesize business industry and media insights to compelling creative strategies driving impact and relevance with our customers.
- Navigate and prioritize immediate business needs and dynamic pressures with perspective on short and long-term implications.
- Agile solution-oriented mindset to support enterprise initiatives navigate ambiguity lead through change and drive innovation.
This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield Minnesota and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What youll do- Lead and develop a team of Creative Account Managers providing coaching and strategic direction.
- Serve as a senior thought leader for top partners and high-impact campaigns.
- Guide pre-sale planning pitch development and creative ideation to drive incremental revenue.
- Drive integrated thinking across partner campaigns to magnify key brand moments and messaging.
- Oversee the development of strategic creative briefs and communication frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Media Strategy Production and creative teams to integrate insights and drive innovation.
- Inspire agency partners and internal teams through compelling storytelling and strategic vision.
Basic qualifications- 9 years in fast-paced client-facing role in agency or marketing
- 3 years of leadership experience with direct or indirect reports
- Experience in executing creative across the funnel including experience on production
Preferred qualifications- Creative agency retail media network or marketing experience at a matrixed organization
- Workfront experience
- Bachelors Degree
