Project Management Sr AssociateProject Management Sr Associate Implementation & Operational Support
As a Project Management Sr Associate at Fiserv youll be a crucial support function dedicated to servicing Bank of America on the Proprietary/TSYS platform..
In this role you will provide hands-on project coordination change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive process efficiency while facilitating seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client implementation activities and define delivery milestones in collaboration with internal project and service teams specifically focusing on Bank of Americas needs.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines ensuring that deliverables are executed according to established standards and requirements to prevent operational gaps.
- Perform day-to-day production work including account setup platform configuration and technical maintenance tasks that directly support client onboarding and operational readiness.
- Partner with engineering and vendor teams to support integration efforts while upholding business and compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation operational trackers and process guides to ensure transparency and scalability across implementations.
- Monitor project risks and client-specific nuances escalating issues when appropriate and actively participating in driving resolutions.
- Generate reporting and insights for leadership to support resource planning process optimization and service enhancement.
- Contribute feedback to refine operational onboarding and support models helping to scale and future-proof delivery frameworks.
You will need to have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management preferably in a technology or financial services environment especially in high-touch client scenarios.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with documentation and process management practices.
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience working with the Proprietary/TSYS platform.
- Knowledge of financial technology solutions and merchant lifecycle management.
- Background in change management practices.

This role is on-site in the Coral Springs FL Office Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
