An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Finance Administrator (UE05) to join the School Office Team within the School of Literatures Languages and Cultures to ensure a consistent approach and an efficient and effective customer service. Contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the school finance services function.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will support the management organisation and operation of the Schools finances working closely with the Finance Co-ordinator and Finance Business Partner reviewing the monthly reports and reconciliations of all budgets ensuring inconsistencies are resolved in a timely manner to meet forecasting deadlines.
Experience of financial processing and budgeting with effective communication data literacy and time-management skills are essential for this role.
