Job Summary/Objective
The Developer (Zoho and ManageEngine) at Alnafitha IT is responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Zoho and ManageEngine platforms. This role involves customizing applications automating processes and enhancing system integrations to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development
Design develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator and ManageEngine tools.
Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline business processes.
ManageEngine Solutions Implementation
Act as a technical consultant for all aspects of the customer experience portfolio specifically focusing on ManageEngine solutions (SDP MSP UEMs ITOM IAM SIEM AP).
Develop business requirements specifications process flows application design application configuration testing and deployment specifically for ManageEngine solutions.
System Integration
Integrate Zoho and ManageEngine applications with third-party systems and APIs.
Connect ManageEngine services with other applications using REST APIs.
Client Collaboration
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for developed solutions escalating application errors to the vendor development team as needed.
Quality Assurance
Focus on quality and test all changes in a sandbox prior to deployment to production.
Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
Documentation
Prepare required technical documentation including user manuals and system specifications.
Develop content such as white papers technical concept notes product plans and market analyses to support customer education and internal teams.
Training and Support
Deliver product and service training and workshops to increase awareness and understanding of the assigned portfolio for sales marketing and service delivery.
Provide training for clients and internal teams on the use of Zoho and ManageEngine solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Zoho and ManageEngine platforms.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations in existing applications.
Custom Solutions Development
Design and develop custom solutions on the ManageEngine platform to meet various business requirements based on market needs.
Build industry-specific ServiceDesk solutions and expand ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus s features by creating powerful extensions that integrate with third-party apps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business applications developer or in a related position.
- Experience working with Zoho CRM or ManageEngine and other ManageEngine solutions.
- Relevant certifications in Zoho (e.g. Zoho Creator Developer) and ManageEngine are preferred.
- Detailed experience with Zoho CRM/ManageEngine architecture and APIs.
- Good understanding of databases web development on cloud REST APIs HTML and CSS.
- Experience in ServiceDesk UEMs ITOM IAM SIEM and Analytics Plus is preferable.
- Hands-on deployment experience with the ability to plan data structures effectively prior to implementation.
- Programming skills including customization using Java and Zohos Deluge language.
