Community Schools located in Westport:Macomber School - Grades PreK-KWestport Elementary School - Grades 1-4Westport Middle-High School - Middle School Grades 5-8 & High School Grades 9 -12Substitute LPN Nurse to attend to medical needs in school or classroom(s) including monitoring of seizures Gtube feedings and administration of medication via Gtube and/or other with health needs of including but not limited to nutrition hydration mobility elimination comfort rest and hygiene and educational medical plan of care for student with health assigned to classroom may also perform duties of paraprofessional at teachers duties as requested.
