This position is for an Operations Program Manager (OPM) supporting the Largo Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). The OPM is responsible for supporting the overall manufacturing operations for a large program or suite of programs within a product line portfolio with annual revenue between $10M and $100M. They are expected to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of ongoing programs and serves as a liaison between program management project team and factory management. The OPM will make strategic decisions for the direction of the program related to financial performance and manufacturing plans. The OPM should have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of production including a thorough understanding of manufacturing related policies/procedures/practices manufacturing quality standards and DOD requirements.
This is an Onsite role at our Largo FL facility.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
