An opportunity has arisen for aDirectorto joinSalesinJumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Set clear and achievable sales targets for the sales team in line with company goals and market potential and monitor progress towards these targets.
- Provide leadership guidance and direction to the sales team motivating them to achieve sales targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Recruit onboard and train sales personnel ensuring they have the necessary skills knowledge and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities analyse competitor activity and develop strategic plans to capitalize on market trends.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Project Management Skills.
