Data Analyst
Purpose:
This position will perform analysis and reporting of marketing and business data focused primarily in the Direct-to-Consumer channel. Will actively participate in developing reports analysis and regularly presenting findings to all team members. Will provide constant analysis and reporting to management on trends and results of key performance measurements.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Identify track and utilize key performance indicators to support a) achievement of budgeted lead and enrollment activity b) marketing spend efficiencies.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting for key stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with Agency/vendors to identify bottlenecks in customer journey by device-type browser audience and geography through tools like Google Analytics Mix Panel and surveying techniques.
- Identify new opportunities through data that will drive acquisition improvements and work with the DTC team to prioritize and define these projects.
- Perform daily weekly monthly and quarterly reporting for each product channel and business unit within the DTC organization.
- Assist in developing and/or improving business initiatives or other metric reporting to deliver real-time actionable data to management.
- Assist in reporting out to management and divisions the successes and learnings from data analysis projects.
- Transparently define confidence and success metrics to ensure positive and negative results are communicated effectively.
- Leverage learnings from data and apply results to integrated Direct mail and Digital campaigns.
- Assist in analytics integrations and ensure accurate data collection.
- Developing and management of program metrics that can be used for evaluation planning and presentation of results.
- Program and automate information and delivery through data warehouse channels.
- Support adhoc business initiatives and data analytical requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience/Other Requirements
- 5 years of industry experience in the areas of eCommerce optimization data orchestration and reporting/analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Outlook SharePoint Oracle/OBIEE or Tableau Alteryx or Talend
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responding to ad hoc requests.
- Ability to comprehend the big picture and identify and resolve key issues.
- Ability to interact and network effectively with all levels of staff including senior leadership.
- The ability to research and evaluate a situation or compilation of information and express findings and recommendations clearly and convincingly both orally and in writing.
