Do you need a flexible work schedule that fits around school family or other priorities
Do you enjoy working with children in a hands-on structured learning environment
Do you like to have fun while making a difference
- Must be available weekdays 3 - 7 pm
- Programs offered for grades K6
- Locations in the Gig Harbor area
- Additional hours available on weekdays weekends and school breaks (optional)
- Support a Lead Instructor leading up to 20 students through fun hands-on lessons
- Keep kids engaged and excited about learning
- Set clear expectations and create a positive classroom culture
- Prepare for classes by reviewing curriculum and training materials
- Represent Snapology with professionalism when interacting with parents and partners
- Encourage future program enrollment with enthusiastic communication
- Attend occasional training and team meetings
- Must pass a background check and obtain necessary child clearances
- 1 years of experience working with children (teaching camps etc.)
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Positive attitude and consistent availability
- Education or teaching experience is a plusbut not required!
- Weekday after-school & evening classes
- Weekend workshops & birthday parties
- Summer camps
- School holiday and break events
Assistant Instructors are paid $18.
Opportunity for shifts as Lead Instructor will be paid $25.
Training is paid at $18.
