Job Description
Vice Principal (IGCSE) needed in an International School
Immediate Joining.
Position Overview:
The Vice Principal plays a key leadership role in supporting the Principal in the day-to-day operations of the school with a focus on academic quality teacher performance student discipline and curriculum implementation aligned with Cambridge IGCSE standards.

Student Management
Student Management
Operational & Administrative Support
Parent & Community Engagement
Qualifications & Experience:
Master s Degree in Education or related field.
Minimum 8 10 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years in academic leadership.
Prior experience in Cambridge/IGCSE schools is mandatory.
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to mentor teachers and manage student outcomes effectively.
Preferred:
Cambridge PDQ / CIE Leadership Training / Examination coordination experience.
Exposure to international school systems or multicultural environments.
