Chief Financial Officer
Our Client is a growing healthcare organization based in the Uniontown PA area that offers its employees great benefits productivity bonuses and paid time off.

The Position: We are seeking a qualified Chief Financial Officer in Uniontown PA. Our client offers the following benefits:
- $140k- $160k Depending on Experience

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field is required. Masters degree in finance or accounting and/or CPA designation is preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care financial management.
- FQHC/CHC and nonprofit industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with health care billing federal grants management and budget management required.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of initiative judgement discretion and decision-making ability.
- Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial management issues.
- Demonstrates leadership ability team management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with a wide range of software platforms to oversee the financial management of organization.
