Job Description
This role is remote eligible which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
What Youll Do
- Lead annual and quarterly planning including OKRs and roadmap alignment
- Run the show on product operationsintake prioritization and communication
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product Engineering Sales and more
- Build and manage team rhythms like business reviews and product demos
- Support team culture engagement and development alongside leadership
- Deliver clear executive-ready reporting on progress and outcomes
Basic Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in product operations program management or chief-of-staff roles
- 10 years of experience in AdTech Retail Media or digital product environments
- A knack for simplifying complexity and driving clarity
- Strong communication skillsyoure great at telling the story behind the data
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence across teams
