BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIRECTOR -RN 2YRS EXP REQ
LOCATION: BOSTON MA
FACILITY: 300 bed acute care facility
SALARY: $150K - $185K $40K SIGN-ON RELO
DESCRIPTION:
Reports to : CNO
EDUCATION:
Required:Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelors degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred:MSN or masters in a health care related field.

DESCRIPTION:
Reports to : CNO
- The role will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing planning coordinating implementing and evaluating nursing practice on a multi-unit level.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills proven leadership ability and hospital operational.
- Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
EDUCATION:
Required:Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelors degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred:MSN or masters in a health care related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
- At least 2 years of psych/behavioral health experience.
