Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

1. Analyzes data with standard statistical/financial methods interpreting the results and providing written summary of data analysis to assist VAT Team Leaders and Chairs in presenting data to facilitate the decision making process.

2. Conduct market research for products and services relevant to departmental operations.

3. Work with departmental contacts to support Strategic Sourcing Specialists in Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

4. Proactively managing GPO contract enrollment and basic contract renewals.

5. Contract data entry into Workday and PO issuance for non-consumable contracts (i.e. capital equipment service software consulting services etc.)

6. Assist Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in developing and maintaining multi-year initiative pipeline planning efforts.

7. Support Strategic Sourcing Specialist(s) and/or Clinical Value Analysis Manager(s) in cross functional projects related to implementation and conversion of products/services.

8. Develop and maintain contract compliance reporting and/or dashboards in alignment with supply contracts.

9. Ensure proper communication related to project status occurs in a timely manner.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in business administration marketing data analytics or a related field required.

Experience

• Experience with data analytics preferred

• Experience with contract review preferred.

License/Certifications

• Valid and current drivers license required.
