Job Description
This role is hybrid which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What youll do
- Support vendor operations across merchandising facilities maintenance and campus teams.
- Manage records invoices and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Track financial transactions and spending across capital and expense budgets.
- Partner with finance to compile monthly and quarterly summaries.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors to keep projects moving.
- Collaborate with procurement on contract timelines RFPs and renewals.
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of experience in operations within a corporate or retail setting.
- 1 year supporting operational teams
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel Word and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a knack for tracking and organizing data.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Service Channel Ariba or Oracle.
- Familiarity with managing capital and expense budgets
