About the Role:
Our client is looking for an AWS Connect developer who has a strong understanding of AWS Connect development and implementation.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- AWS Connect - development and implementation
- AWS services - Lambda DynamoDB S3 CloudFormation IAM and CloudWatch
- Understanding of contact center operations
- React Python JavaScript and/or Java
- RESTful APIs
Preferred Skills:
- CI/CD pipelines
- AWS certifications
